Refund policy

 

• All products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, we only accept exchange for wrong order or damaged item(s) within 14 days (local orders) or 21 days (international orders ) of receiving the item(s). Otherwise, you are not eligible for free return or exchange and will be charged an additional shipping fee.  
• Return & exchange are only valid for purchase(s) made on our official ONLINE SHOP.  
• To be eligible for an exchange, returned product(s) must be unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. 
• We will process the exchange within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Please be patient. 
• Exchanged items cannot be re-exchanged / Items are only permitted for a one-time exchange. 
• We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or items lost during the return process.
• We reserve the right to decline your return & exchange request.
