All products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, we only accept exchange for wrong order or damaged item(s) within 14 days (local orders) or 21 days (international orders ) of receiving the item(s). Otherwise, you are not eligible for free return or exchange and will be charged an additional shipping fee.
Return & exchange are only valid for purchase(s) made on our official ONLINE SHOP.
To be eligible for an exchange, returned product(s) must be unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
We will process the exchange within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Please be patient.
Exchanged items cannot be re-exchanged / Items are only permitted for a one-time exchange.
We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or items lost during the return process.
